How to donate
Can’t make it along to our events but want to support those who do? Donations are used to purchase new equipment such as gloves and buckets.

Whangarei District Council make it possible for the Love Whangārei Monthly Clean Up to happen every month. They do this by covering the cost of disposal of the refuse at the rubbish dump as well as providing skip bins if needed.
The council have also supported For Our Real Clean Environment with land at Denby Reserve, Otangarei for a commemorative planting in memory of those who have served and continue to serve in the New Zealand Defense Force. As well as community funding to purchase more safety gear for the clean ups.
Recreational Services Whangarei support the Love Whangārei Monthly Clean Up every month. They provide the use of the tipper truck to transport all the refuse to the rubbish dump.

Hell Pizza Whangārei have supported the Love Whangārei Monthly Clean Up in the past. They donated 10 double pizza vouchers each month for over a year to lift our volunteers spirits.
Keep New Zealand Beautiful have supported the Love Whangārei Monthly Clean Up with both volunteer appreciation and hardware donations. They have provided us with gloves, bags, stickers, chocolates, badges and reusable coffee cups to support our work.
Mitre 10 Mega Whangārei have supported the Love Whangārei Monthly Clean Up by supplying harware to make our work easier. They donated a garden cart and 4 100L tote bins. These are used every month to transport refuse and sort recycling.
