Te Tai Tokerau Debris Monitoring Project

This project is a collaboration between local government (Northland Regional Council, NRC), education providers (NorthTec), NGOs, and passionate citizen-scientists in Northland.
The TTTDMP is part of a multi-layered approach that provides litter data for prevention, advocacy, and policy against litter in our environment.

Tai Tokerau TimeBank

Timebanking is a way to trade knowledge, skills and services within a community, without exchanging money. For every hour you spend doing something for someone else, instead of dollars, you earn time credits.  You can use these credits to buy another member’s time to get the services you need.

Eco Solutions

EcoSolutions is one of CBEC’s enterprises which provides waste minimisation education throughout Northland.
EcoSolutions focus is waste minimisation education and implementing behaviour change towards how we perceive and deal with waste in our homes, our businesses and the local community.    Waste minimisation programmes are delivered to schools, businesses and community groups in an effort to divert waste from going to landfill.
